Create Performance Kit with Chocolate

To celebrate the daily performance of chefs and the coming year of sports events in Paris and France, Ramon Morató and Xavier González have created a Performance Kit with three Dragées: Preparation, Performance, and Post-performance. The Dragées were designed into 3 phases to be consumed before, during and after exercise to fulfill athletes' and active chefs' needs. In order to optimize performance possibilities and facilitate recovery, it was essential to add the appropriate ingredients for each phase around physical effort or a busy day.

It has been developed in collaboration with a nutritionist, using chocolate, natural products and superfoods.

Full of carbohydrates for energy with Lactée Barry 35% milk chocolate couverture,  Hazelnut paste,  fleur de Cao™ 70% dark chocolate couverture and other Cacao Barry products that you can discover by viewing the recipe.

RECOVERY DRAGEE : PROTEINS + ANTI INFLAMMATORY
PUMPKIN SEEDS GIANDUJA - MATCHA - LIME & GINGER
