About his Or Noir recipe: “What I like about Or Noir is the fact that I was able to create my own chocolate Goloso which means greedy in Spanish. My milk chocolate is a composition of beans from the Dominican Republic which brings a side of red fruits and beans from the Ivory Coast which brings all the power of chocolate. I would like to use my chocolate to make chocolate bars with filling (marshmallow or praline) and minibars to put with coffee”
