Jérôme Landrieu, Head of our Chicago Chocolate Academy, will select the "Savour Patissier of the Year" , a competiton that will take place in Australia in May with fellow chefs Kirsten Tibbals, Franck Haasnoot, Dinara Kasko and Paul kennedy. More to come in May 2018, stay tuned!
