Let the bean paste rest in a cool place
Place a ball of K D'Arôme red bean paste in the center of the Moon Cake dough, then using a press, form the Moon Cake
Cuire Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C
Take the Moon Cakes out of the oven
Brown with egg yolk
Put back in the oven for 5 minutes until they are nicely colored
Once cooled, sprinkle with Extra Brute cocoa powder
